I am hoping to complete these paintings and start on some new ones......I am really wanting to learn how to do encaustic painting. I love the way the wax forms such a rich texture on the surface of the painting and yet is still transparent. I am also experimenting with making cloth paper.......This is a process of building a paper that can be sewn and manipulated with small objects, thread, paper and of course cloth........I will keep you posted.....
Today I took my Adobe Photoshop Class...it was exciting for me because as you probably have realized by now this tech stuff overwhelms me.......one lady in my class said her son just did PowerPoint for class with video and animation.......uh he's in the 4th GRADE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That reminded me of when I was working in Boston MA as a substitute preschool teacher and a three year old student said: Ms Kathie can you help me with the computer ??? I can't get the file open......." I said " What? You can't get the file open?" " HOW OLD ARE YOU?"
I have a lot of catching up to do....
