New year .....new motivation

Spend the first day of this week at the hospital having test done on my heart after having chest pains and back and shoulder pain. I thought this is it. You have waited to change your life, your diet , put off your dreams etc and now you are in serious trouble.....12 hours, three doctors and many x-rays and tests later I was told my heart was OK. In fact I did 95% of my target on my stress test. NO MORE EXCUSES NOW.......SO it is with this warning...(could the owls that visited me this summer really have been bringing me a message?) I have set it in my heart to change. I have been sewing. I have made contacts to sell my work with people who are excited to see me create again. I have photos of my paintings and they will be on etsy.com this week. The dolls I started will be posted here sooooon.....promise.
